Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a no-show, refunds will not be issued.
  • Tours canceled by Send Me To Vegas Tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or safety concerns, will result in a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  • Custom private tours are subject to specific cancellation terms communicated during booking.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
